How to Access the Student Portal

Your student portal credentials are emailed to you within 48 hours of enrolment confirmation.

To log in: Go to portal.aut.edu, enter your student email (studentnumber@student.aut.edu) and your temporary password, then change your password on first login.

If you cannot access your portal:

1. Try resetting your password at portal.aut.edu/reset
2. Check your spam folder for the credentials email.
3. If still unable to access, open a support ticket via this portal and select 'IT & Access'.
